Ms. Jackie McLeod, President of MADD Nipissing Chapter was on hand at the December 8th Police Services Board meeting to recognize Constable Darcy Wall as the 2009 MADD Officer of the Year. Constable Wall arrested seven impaired drivers over the past year, of the 84 total arrested for the year by our Police Service. Thank you to Ms. McLeod and her volunteers for their ongoing efforts to raise awareness regarding drinking and driving. Congratulations to Constable Wall for his fine work this past to keep our community safe.
