On the 06 Sep 2009, Cst Sproule attended Guelph, Ontario for their annual Triathlon within the Subaru Triathlon Series. Cst Sproule has been competing in Triathlons since 1993 up until 2001. He has competed within the Former President’s Choice Triathlon Series and the now Subaru Triathlons Series. Cst Sproule has attended most of the locations within the Subaru Series (Ontario), Mrs T’s Perogies triathlon in Chicago and travelled with another local athlete to Memphis Tennessee for the “Memphis in May” Triathlon. Cst Sproule has only just returned to the sport of Triathlon in 2009. The first, being a relay event with other members of the North Bay Police Service unfortunately resulting in a disqualification due to a bike malfunction. The second, the Guelph 2 Triathlon. Cst Sproule travelled down with a local north bayite. It was great time a good race considering the time spent away from the sport. Cst Sproule is looking forward to the 2010 season.
