HAS ISSUES; VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR; CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

HAS ISSUES

On the 25th of Jan. during the afternoon hours Csts. Doug MacIntosh and Jason Long of the North Bay Police Service arrested a 13 year old girl for a variety of offences.
It is alleged that on two occasions shortly before this date, this youth attacked her mother on various occasions, tossed articles around the home, threatened her with death, kicked a hole in a door and attacked another person within the family home.
It is also alleged that the mother had denied the daughter from smoking and using a game when she refused to go to school.
This 13 year old girl is charged with 2 counts of Assault, Uttering Threats, Mischief under $5000. and Breach of Probation. She is to attend court at a later date.

VIOLENT BEHAVIOUR

On the 16th of Jan. it is alleged that a man got into an argument with a woman known to him. Further, that this woman began walking on a city street to evade him and that he grabbed her by the hair and began dragging her into an automobile when he was interrupted by a passerby.
This same man is then alleged to have gone to the woman’s home and waited for her but she signalled a passing cab for assistance.
This matter was eventually reported to the North Bay Police Service and on the 25th of Jan. Csts. Seth Dinsmore and Greg Randall arrested a male suspect in relation to these incidents.
Norman BUGUTSKY 60 years old of Second Av. E. is charged with Assault, Criminal Harassment and Breach of Recognizance. He is being held in custody for a bail hearing.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

On the 25th of Jan. during the evening hours it is alleged that a man is alleged to have been following and watching a woman known to him. Further, that this man called this same woman numerous times on the telephone and threatened another person with death.
This matter was reported to the North Bay Police Service and on the 26th of Jan. Csts. Bill Gainforth and Steve Trahan arrested a male suspect.
Clifford PENNY 53 years old of McIntyre St. E. is charged with Criminal Harassment, 3 counts of Threatening and Mischief. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
